Richard Swaine

I have responsibility for the operations of Swaine Allen Solicitors and for managing the delivery of our services. I work with our clients and their agents, our contacts, and our teams to devise and develop systems and to deliver services which are second to none. I take client service very seriously. I am the point of contact for all our clients, new and existing and I only delegate parts of this function when the client is comfortable with this when it is appropriate to do so. I know some struggle with keeping existing clients happy whilst winning new work. I don’t. I never take a client for granted and I’m always striving to exceed their expectations not just to ‘keep them happy’. My area of legal expertise is litigation in which I have more than 15 years’ experience.
