As a Solicitor and Director in the business, with over 17 years’ experience in a broad range of litigation, and commercial transactions I now supervise the litigation department. My focus is on handling complex property litigation issues and commercial matters. I have particular expertise in forfeiture and dealing with bankruptcy and insolvency issues in leasehold matters. I also offer technical support and guidance to the departments under my supervision. As an accredited mediator I am able to accept instructions to conduct mediations or I can use the benefit of this training and experience to represent clients at mediation.
